- I am a semi non-traditional medical student at a small medical school in Texas. I am married with three strapping lads who are accompanying me on this hair-raising adventure. Before I started learning how to properly stick sharp things in people, I attended Brigham Young University (yes, I am Mormon) where I received a degree in chemistry. When I am not subjecting myself to cruel and unusual punishment, I enjoy backpacking, playing guitar, and letting my 5 year old son jump on my stomach.
